OUR PURPOSE To share the good news among the motorcycling community. People of all walks businessmen and women, laborers. You name it, they all ride motorcycles. Motorcyclists have a unique bond and this bond gives our ministry an open door to come in and share Jesus' love for them. Whether it be at a motorcycle rally or just pulling into a gas station, the comaraderie is there. The Holy Spirit uses this connection to glorify God's kingdom. To share the good news to those who are incarcerated, whether it be a young ten year old boy or girl, or an eighty year old man or woman. Matthew 25:36 states, "I was in prison and you came to visit me". God loves these people, and he wants them to know that. This ministry makes an effort to share Jesus' love inside the walls of the prisons that society has built to incarcerate people, as well as the prisons we build to imprison ourselves.

Blue Baptist Prison Ministry
April Newsletter 2012
Hello Dear Friends,
Everywhere I have been in the month of March "Spring has Sprung". The weather has been wonderful and God and
God let me see His handiwork. In my travels I saw thousands of geese flying, about forty turkeys, a few deer, and one eagle.
The best part was nine people trusted Christ. One young lady in church and eight men in Poteau, OK jail. A young married
couple came to Jesus after morning church service.
On our Nicaragua trip we had teams of evangelist, construction workers and agricultural teams. We shared at three
churches and five villages way back in the hills and worked with about 50 children and many adults in each village. One
afternoon Ken Lambert, Roger Ordonez and I went a local jail and took food and soft drinks and Jesus. About fifteen men
prayed to receive Christ. Many of the children and adults came to Christ and God has received all the glory on this mission
trip. Why is it that so much of the time you have to travel outside of the US to see the Bible become real to so many people?
America needs revival. Amen!
We are ordering Bibles for Memorial weekend in Red River, NM. We are adding pocket crosses with john 3:16 on them
and oil rags to give away with a gospel message printed on them. The Biker Rally is just around the corner and we still need
a little over $4,000 for Bibles at $2.50 each. We would like to have all Memorial Biker Weekend bills paid in advance. We
thank all of you for being a part of this ministry.
Keep looking up,
Richard & Phyllis
Luke 18:15-17
P.S.
The month of May is going to be a busy, busy month with only a few days off. Phyllis is retiring, again, the end of April
so starting in May we will be traveling as a Team.
